What is Integrative Care?
Integrative care is an approach to care that seeks to integrate the best of Western scientific medicine with a broader understanding of the nature of illness, healing and wellness.
Integrative care is healing-oriented medicine that takes account of the whole person (body, mind, and spirit), including all aspects of lifestyle. It emphasizes the therapeutic relationship and makes use of all appropriate therapies, both conventional and alternative. – Dr. Andrew Weil
The defining principles of integrative care are:
· The patient-client and practitioner are partners in the healing process.
· The care addresses the whole person, including body, mind, and spirit in the context of relationships.
· Providers use all appropriate healing sciences to facilitate the body's innate healing response (often by referral and coordination of care).
· Practitioners of integrative care exemplify its principles and commit themselves to self-exploration and self-development through receiving therapeutic treatment in their own modality.

Jennifer Bilbrey, LMFT
I work with adult individuals and couples suffering from low self-esteem and depression. While many of my clients enjoy successful careers, they often feel they just aren't measuring up. We work on helping them live fuller, more meaningful lives — especially in their most important relationships. I particularly enjoy working with Highly Sensitive Persons and the LGBTQ community.
Rachael Love Fisher, LPC
It’s my passion to help single women become ready to find real love and couples to increase their desire and connection. My practice focuses on healing heartbreak, clearing up old relationship patterns and helping people thoroughly enjoy their lives. This can open the door to a deeply connected relationship.
I offer individual sessions as well as *Find Your Love* six-week group workshops.
Erin Pearl, LPC
I believe the gateway to healing is the experience of truly being seen and accepted. My approach to therapy is centered around establishing, sustaining and enriching this experience for adults, teens and families. To do this, I draw on Interpersonal Neurobiology and relational attachment theory as well as my experience with EMDR, Somatic Experiencing and Eriksonian Hypnotherapy.
Amberlea Shelton, LPC
Is this all there is? At times, life can feel meaningless and overwhelming. We may feel stuck, anxious, or depressed. Learn to claim your gifts and create a path to your most joyful sense of being in the world. Let's dismantle the blocks holding you back so you can step into the life that is here for you. I can teach you tools to heighten confidence in all areas of your life: relationships, emotional stability, mental strength, inner wisdom, career aspirations, and a spiritual connection to all that is sacred to you.
I work with adolescents and adults, people on (or seeking) a spiritual path, couples who want to create or deepen their connection, highly sensitive, creative and intuitive people, and anyone who is ready to bust up old belief systems that have held them back.
